Reactor)是改良型序批反应器,是根据SBR技术特点,结合传统活性污泥技术,发展出来的理想的废水处理工艺。MSBR不需要设置初沉、二泥池,同时又能保证连续进出水及保持固定水位。实践表明MSBR系统综合了以行为表现其它除磷脱氮工艺的优点,
保证了各优势菌种的生存环境,去除有机污染物效率高、运作稳定。MSBR工艺广泛应用于市政污水及工业废水的处理。

MSBR池集水量及水质调节、生化反应与污泥沉淀功能于一身,无需另建二沉池和污泥回流系统,与其他工艺相比较,土建投资较少。

process developed according to SBR
technology,and combined with traditional active
sludge technology .there is no need to set
primary sinking ,secondary sludge pool for MSBR,
and continuous water input and output as well as
fixed water level can be guaranteed. The
practice shows MSBR system combines the advances
of other denitrification and dephosphorization
process, guarantee the surviving environment of
superior bacteria, ,high efficiency of the
removal of organic pollutant and stable
transportation .MSBR can be applied in the
treatment of urban sewage and various industrial
sewage.
MSBR process features
MSBR pool combines functions of regulating of
water volume and quality , chemical reaction
,and sludge settling ,so there is no need to
build secondary sink pool and sludge-return
system ,the civil engineering cost is low
compared with other processes.
MSBR system operates through periods of anoxia ,
anaerobic, aerobiosis and precipitation,
micro-organism can metaboly through
multiapproaches,making the degradation of
organic matters perfect , the energy consumption
low and the good denitrification and
dephosphorization.
The sludge concentration is high ,shockproof
ability is strong ,so it can be applied in the
treatment of industrial organic sewage with
every kind of feed-water qualities.
The characters of the sludge is stable, the
sludge left is little ,the treated volume of
sludge is small ,so the treatment is simple.
Fully auto controlled ,with little floor area
and low operating cost.
The denitrification and dephosphorization can be
well achieved without adding the agents.
MSBR scope of application
MSBR can be applied in treating industrial waste
water (beer,slaughter,food,coking,printing
etc),urban sewage,especially in the
denitrification and dephosphorization of the
urban sewage.
UASB厌氧反应器
UASB反应器是本公司在消化、吸收国家“七五”重点科技攻关项目“高浓度有机废水厌氧生物处理技术”成果基础上,开发研制的有机废水处理技术。UASB反应器的上部设置气、固、液三相分离器,下部为污泥悬浮层区和污泥床区,废水用泵连续或脉冲由反应器底部均匀进行污泥床区,与厌氧颗粒污泥充分接触反应,有机物被厌氧微生物分解成沼气。液体、气体与固体形成混合液上升至三相分离器,使三者很好地分离,颗粒污泥回流到污泥床内,沼气通过导管流入沼气柜,处理过的水由出水槽排走。使80%以上的有机物转化为沼气,完成废水处理过程。
UASB anaerobic reactor
UASB reactor is a organic wasted water treatment
technology developed on the basis of anaerobic
contact process of high concentration organic
wasted water ,which is the key tech research
project of the seventh five year plan of China .UASB
reactor set three phase separator of gas, solid
and liquid in the upper part and superposed
layer and sludge bed in the lower part. The
wasted water entered into sludge bed with pump
or pulse from the bottom of the reactor ,and
fully catalyze with anaerobic granules,the
organic matters are separated by anaerbiont into
firedamp. Liquid ,gas and solid are formed into
mixed liquids and arise to three phased
separator to make them well separated,sewage
flow back to sludge bed ,the firedamp flow into
the firedamp cabinet through ducts ,treated
water are vented through the effluent trough
.Above 80% organic matters are transformed into
firedamp, and the whole process of wasted water
treatment is done.
