1、用进口316L制作，换热内管规格为Φ12×1.0mm。
2、内表面电化抛光，粗造度Ra0.2μm～Ra0.4μm，与管板氩弧焊接，焊口进行抛光处理。
3、用珍珠棉保温，外表面用304亚光板或拉丝处理。
4、换热面积有0.1～30m2
