表面处理

特点

电解抛光可达到极高的表面粗糙度Ra≤0.05um使表面形成一层致密坚固的富铬固体透明膜，极大提高不锈钢表面抗腐蚀强度。
■ 电解抛光后表面为阳极之溶解，表面更平滑，使设备表面不粘壁，易清洗，符合GMP要求。
■ 消除表面应力集中，表面形成富铬，提高表面钝化能力。
■ 不对母材产生任何副作用。
