    LCZ系列纯蒸汽发生器，既能生产“饱和”纯蒸汽，又能生产“过热”纯蒸汽，不仅是药厂、保健饮品厂、医院、生化科研等部门不可缺少的消毒、灭菌的高纯蒸汽生产专用设备，而且还是洗塞机、湿法消毒灭菌柜生产厂家的最理想配套设备。
    目前国内外的纯蒸汽发生器只能产出“饱和”纯蒸汽，对于远距离(如100m以上)的设备进行灭菌消毒时，由于蒸汽到达使用点时已产生了大量的凝结水，已不属于纯蒸汽了，而是饱和水和饱和蒸汽的混合流体，因此灭菌消毒效果较差，尤其是300米以上的远距离工艺管道灭菌消毒，根本就达不到灭菌消毒的目的。
    本产品配有“过热”纯蒸汽发生器，可产出“过热”纯蒸汽，对远距离的设备进行灭菌消毒时，“过热”纯蒸汽在到达使用点之前，流动阻力和蒸汽管路散热效应可消除“过热”纯蒸汽的“过热度”，转换成不含凝结水的“饱和”纯蒸汽，因此对(150—1000m)远距离的用汽点进行灭菌消毒，仍具有时间短、效果好的优点，这一优点是目前国内外所有的纯蒸汽发生器都不具备的，也是本专利产品创新点。对于远距离设备灭菌消毒，应根据距离的增加适当提高纯蒸汽的“过热度”，以保证纯蒸汽的“过热度”保持的时间长一些，这样也就保证了蒸汽到达使用点的纯度。
